Current students are welcome to visit the new Student's area for dance tips, articles and to download class dance choreographies. This is password protected - please ask in class for your username and password.
Clothing should be loose and comfortable so there is no restriction in movement of the body. This could be a full skirt or soft track suit bottoms and a comfortable top. A large scarf to tie round the hips helps to focus on new movements. Generally we dance bare-footed but soft, flat and flexible shoes may be worn.
