Join me for the ZBD 90 Day Bellydance Challenge – 90 days or 13 weeks of fun bellydance ideas to build up your dance stamina, improve your dancing, learn something new and above all have fun with everyone else who takes part. Each week will… be a new area/idea to work on.The idea is to do a little bit each day – just the time of one track of dance music, but it’s not a problem if you miss a day or even two – just catch up by doing a few extra minutes in the week. Classes count too so on class day well that’s the job done.Each week I’ll post the ideas for the week to work on and you can check in here for extra tips, hints and ideas throughout the week. Ask questions, add your ideas or ask for help – everyone can get involved to make it a lively fun experience.There will be three ‘Super Challenges’ throughout the 90 days which we will slowly build up to – these will be fun but definitely challenging.
